Q.       What happens to our entry if you don’t get it in time?

A.       Any entry received after registration has closed will be returned to the sender. We will not keep payment for any team we cannot schedule.

All minor players must have written parental permission to participate. No player may appear on more than one roster within the same division in the tournament. WE WILL NOT MAKE PLAYER CHANGES VIA FAX OR PHONE ONCE AN ENTRY HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

Q.       What if we have room to add an extra player to our team since we didn’t use up all of the roster spots on the entry form?

Q.       How do we know what age category we should be in?

A.       A team’s age category is determined by the age of the oldest player on the date of the tournament.  The team’s average age may be used, at the sole discretion of management. Honesty in filling out your entry form is the best policy.

Q.       Can we write a check to pay for our entry?

A.       Entries can be paid by personal or business check, money order or credit card. Online registration requires payment via credit or debit card and is available via a link on the home page of our website, www.youdunk.com.  Personal checks will not be accepted less than one week prior to the tournament. Only one check per team, please.  We recommend that you do not mail your entry in with a cash payment.

Q.       How do we verify you have received our entry form?

A.       If you want verification of receipt of your mailed entry, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and we will return it to you upon receipt of your entry form in our office.
